We love because HE first loved us.
For many years ago when I was younger, I remember back then when we have this very annoying neighbor. But when I think back again, I just don't find the reason to hate them so much like we did years ago.
While I was driving this afternoon, suddenly I reminded of this event that eventually make me felt guilty. I'm about to cry and I said my simple prayer, "Lord, forgive us for what we've done..".
You know, that neighbor sell a cookies (kue pisang etc.). No matter how mad we are towards them, they always go in front of gate and yell "Kueee..mau beli kuee?"..that's what break my heart so much. T.T
Now that we are away from the place we used to stay, they are no longer visible from us, they taught me a lessons.
A man more than 2000 years ago did the same. HE loved us that HE became the greatest sacrifice, died on the cross to save us. HE open a new way for us so that we no longer have to walk in vain, alone.
We loved because HE first loved us, we must love our neighbor, friends and families in order to become few percent like HIM.
